Far Away is a short, pixel-art horror adventure game. You will experience the strange adventure of a young man.
Once you have completed the game you can load scenes to complete the optional challenges or replay a chapter.
WARNING: On some devices it may run slow on browser, if you see lag, download and play the game it self.

It is finished but it will have a sequel (Far Away 2) and it will be updated adding more contents but the story stays as it is

I liked it man cool stuff. Did you create the pixel art by yourself or how did you find the assets?
Thank you! I made them by myself with Aseprite. Some are inspired by other pixel arts or images, some are completely invented, but everything is created by me.

YASSS I finally played the whole game and it's incredible!
I found this really fun and enjoyable! Some audio sounds were missing but didn't really encounter any bugs per se. Enjoy the pixel style and look forward to seeing it fleshed out :)

It was a very scary experience, I like it a lot, but I recomend you making more loopeable sound effects, I feel thats the unique bad thing i found, for the rest, all very good, keep working like that, i hope you can launch the complete version of the game :D
um there is a glitch to where when you shoot out the window of the hospital it will not let you out.
The game is Fuckin amazing, the jumpscares got me every time, the only thing i want you to do something about is that when i fire the gun sometimes the press "E" to enter sign pops up, and idk about that, but thats a very minor detail and it does not take away, anything from the fact that, this is amazing

Great game, mini jump scares from the sound + popup of the creatures. However, I got stuck and cannot escape when I looked to the window of the scary house and fired the gun. no button would get me out.

I found a glitch. I liked jumped at the very begging of the game, and I glitch the camera.
I also I accidentally duplicated the gun. I think it was because I switched tabs in the middle of a cutscene.

don't know if the dialogue for the guy when he takes a nap is intentional but other than that good job!
It's coming along great! I think there's a theme going on here. There's a demon in the main character's head and he's constantly being hunted. Those close to him gets to suffer... at least that's what it looks like to me so far. Following you for more future updates!
